About TISGAON DAM SWIMMING CLUB
This is a non profit and 100% free swimming club situated in Maharashtra state of India. The doors of this club is always open for those, who are care about their own health. Health fitness is the main goal of the club. Club also conduct some events like cliff diving, water marathon, and water yoga. This club is started by mr Shivam Shinde in 2018 .

Cliff diving
Ciff has a lot of health benifits ; deep breathing induces a calm state of mind just like in meditation or yoga, giving divers a positive attitude and reducing stress. Scientists even believe slow, controlled breathing can prevent depression or mania. In addition to mental health benefits, deep breathing also aids us physiologically as well.

Water yoga
What is Water Yoga? Essentially, water yoga works by performing yoga poses in your swimming pool or spa to get a low-impact, full-body workout that helps to improve your strength, balance and range of motion . It also help in breath control and increase the stamina.
